The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Data Scramblr website and all content, services and products available at, or through, the website, including, but not limited to, the Data Scramblr service , (taken together, the Services). The Services offered is subject to your acceptance without modification of all of the terms and conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that may be published from time to time on this Site by Data Scramblr (collectively, the "Agreement").
Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Services. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access or use the Services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Data Scramblr, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. The Services are available only to individuals who are at least 14 years old.
Your Data Scramblr Account
When you create an account on Data Scramblr, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify Data Scramblr of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security. Data Scramblr will not be liable for any acts or omissions by You, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
You sign up for our services by following the following process:
Customer signs up for the 30 day trial, after which he/she will be charged by the payment method provided upon sign-up (credit/debit card required).
Upon registering for the trial you will receive an account activation email with your credentials.
Customer pays for the service on a monthly basis as agreed in the sign up terms and conditions. To cancel the subscription the client can email Data Scramblr at: email@example.com. The agreement between the customer and Data Scramblr is also terminated via email upon the customer cancelling their subscription plan.
All complaints can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and will be answered within 7 days.
Payment and renewal of subscription
By selecting a monthly subscription, you agree to pay Data Scramblr the monthly fees indicated for that service. Monthly subscriptions fees are non-refundable. The subscription or purchase fee will be specified on the plan sign up page. Unless you notify Data Scramblr before the end of the applicable subscription period (‘30 day Trial’) that you want to cancel the subscription will renew automatically. Data Scramblr reserves the right to adjust the rate at renewal time upon notifying you, giving you at least 30 days notice. You authorize us to collect the then-applicable monthly fee using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Data Scramblr reserves the right to change the payment terms and fees upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to you. Data Scramblr accounts can be canceled by you anytime with 30 days written notice to Data Scramblr. Written notices refer to, but are not limited to, emails. Data Scramblr includes access to email support. "Email support" means the ability to make requests for technical support assistance by email at any time (with reasonable efforts by Data Scramblr to respond within 7 business days) concerning the use of Data Scramblr. All Data Scramblr support will be provided in accordance with Data Scramblr standard Data Scramblr practices, procedures, and policies.
As a user, you give Data Scramblr a perpetual world-wide license to use your company's assets and logos, unless Data Scramblr agrees in writing otherwise. These assets and logos will be used for marketing and sales efforts only, such as being displayed on the homepage.
As Data Scramblr asks others to respect its intellectual property rights, it respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content located on or linked to by Data Scramblr violates your copyright, you are encouraged to notify Data Scramblr. Data Scramblr will respond to all such notices, including as required or appropriate by removing the infringing material or disabling all links to the infringing material. Data Scramblr will terminate a visitor's access to and use of the Services if, under appropriate circumstances, the visitor is determined to be a repeat infringer of the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of Data Scramblr or others. In the case of such termination, Data Scramblr will have no obligation to provide a refund of any amounts previously paid to Data Scramblr.
Data Scramblr Service
Any use of the service, including use of the service through a third-party product that accesses Data Scramblr, is bound by these Terms of Service plus the following specific terms:
Damage and liability
You expressly understand and agree that Data Scramblr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Data Scramblr has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from your use of the API or third-party products that access data via the API.
The Services is provided “as is”. Data Scramblr and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Data Scramblr nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Services will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Services at your own discretion and risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Data Scramblr, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the Services, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

It is important that the user is aware that certain behaviors can cause damage to a third party and/or directly to Data Scramblr. Herein, you agree NOT to carry out such behavior on Data Scramblr. It is forbidden to: Resell Data Scramblr services without the corresponding authorization, as well as to carry out any commercial use of the information extracted from Data Scramblr. Use Data Scramblr for purposes related to child pornography, child abuse, and maltreatment affecting children, their families and / or a third party. Use disrespectful language, content and graphics which affect the rights of our other clients/users and / or a third party. Use material that infringes or affects the intellectual or industrial property rights of our other clients/users and / or of a third party, (trademarks, trade names, slogans, pictures or content, among others…). In this regard, you cannot publish any material, belonging to a third party that is registered as their intellectual or industrial property, without the rightful authorization of the owner or after ensuring that when used you have the corresponding license to do so.

Collect, or attempt to collect, personal information of a third party without their knowledge or consent and / or without compliance with the Organic Law on Personal Data Protection. Using the services of Data Scramblr to access or attempt to access the accounts of other users, penetrate, or attempt to penetrate Data Scramblr security measures, its software or the hardware of another entity, and the electronic communications systems or telecommunications system. Perform activities that affect the ability of other people or systems, this includes “denial of services” (DOS) attacks against another network host or individual user. Perform deceptive activities that cause the person being affected by them to act on or from them, ultimately leading to injury. Take advantage of this platform to propagate hate speech and/or prejudice against minorities, justifying the crimes and/or violations of human rights. Extract information, and decompile or process the information obtained from our datasets to resell or gain a profit from it. It is expressly stated that the use of market research or of the reports obtained through our services, is to analyze the viability of a business and/or project, as well as to assess the interest of investing in it, and not be able to take contrary action against the provisions herein stated. Use our information or newsletters content to resell, to cede to third parties or to use with any commercial purpose, without our consent.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The cancellation and refund policy in the following paragraphs refers to all subscriptions and free trials for the Data Scramblr service.

30 day free trial
You can cancel the 30 day free trial within 30 days from the sign up process and you will not be charged. To cancel please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will send you an email to confirm your 30 day free trial has been cancelled. If you do not cancel within this 30 day period, you will be charged for the subscription chosen by you during the registration process. This charge is non-refundable.
In order to cancel your ongoing subscription please email email@example.com.
If you cancel, you will not receive a pro rated refund. We will send you an email to confirm your subscription has been cancelled.
Termination of subscription
If we do not receive payment authorisation or any authorisation is subsequently cancelled, we may immediately terminate or suspend your access to any subscription content.
